Since pretty much all milk is homogenized and has vitamins A and D, thought we'd give this a different angle No offense to the orig post.

I drink skim and use fat free half and half for my coffee. I also really enjoy vanilla soy milk

I do drink milk and I prefer 2%. With my tea I use Trader Joe's fat free half and half.........so creamy

Basically i really don't drink much milk how days as I would rather not drink it than to drink 2% or lower.

Gotta be whole milk. I don't drink a lot, but I use a lot in cooking. Less than whole milk just tastes like colored water. One of my all-time favorites [not] at the local espresso stand was a decaffeinated espresso with non-fat milk called a "Why Bother." Why, indeed...
