Did mexican lasagna again, with spicy guacamole and chips on the side, mango margaritas, and dulce de leche ice cream for dessert!

A hamburger with LOTS of grilled onions, smothered in A1. I like to call it a steak burger because it tastes so good

I had a request from someone for the Spinach with Pine Nuts & Raisins recipe, but I don't know who asked for it...if you want to send me a direct msg, I will send it to you. Not sure if I'm supposed to post it here or not. If that's ok, I'll be glad to do it. It turned out good, even though I had to cut it down for one person.

I'm thinking just a garden salad topped with some American cheese and thin ham strips. And again it may be just ice cream sandwiches again tonight.

Post it in the recipe sub-forum, I am sure there quite a few people interested in that recipe, myself included.

The in-laws are gone so I'm taking it easy in the kitchen! Just a salad with boiled egg, chick peas, pine nuts, mushrooms, avocado, croutons, and a salad dressing of nice aged balsamic mixed with evoo and truffle oil.
