I had a request for more of those dumplings, so I`ll try my luck on that, and make some chicken and mashed potatoes to go with it.

Last night was tuna salad sandwiches on sourdough with swiss. Mixed the tuna w/ some of the herb yogurt dressing I made last week, shallots, celery, and mustard.

Tonight we're barbecuing hamburgers and enjoying a warm spring evening in the backyard.
Ooh, asparagus w/ lemon and herbs in a foil packet again too.

Salmon and Prawn Bake with Steamed Broccoli and fennel and maybe some rice. Red fruit sorbet for dessert ( not home-made, can't be bothered to make ice-cream/sorbet)

Default Food Liquidation - Everything Must Go!!!

I am cooking everything in the house for as long as it takes until it's all gone. The purpose to get rid of items I will likely never use and make space for items I want eat/use frequently

Day 1: Mushroom and Grilled Onion Ravioli with a Shrimp and Sausage Sauce.
