I've just marinated some free range chicken breasts in walnut oil , a little light olive oil, garlic, lemon , balsamic vinegar and "herbes de Provence" and will be grilling them . Steamed broccoli and cauliflower to go with it. Raspberry and Lemon sorbets for dessert.
Had unexpected drop-in company for dinner last night, so cooked green beans, mac & cheese, large lima's, chicken breasts that I poached in chicken stock - and then thickened with corn starch, and of course home made corn bread.
