Chicken sandwiches with cheese, sour cream potato chips.

Got the chips on sale for 50 cents for a 5 oz. bag. That'll make three meals for me.

Thanks to the building a dinner thread, I just finished putting enchiladas in the oven. We will also have hard and soft tacos. I'm making faux Mexican rice from last night's leftover rice. I just added salsa and cilantro.

Tonight we are having grilled maple and mustard chicken breasts, fluffy and buttery basmati rice,chilled Meyer lemon broccoli drizzled with extra virgin Tuscan olive oil. Homemade mint and lemongrass chilled tea with honey to drink. Sliced California nectarines for dessert.

What's Available Stir Fry: Quinoa Pasta, baby bok choy, onions, chicken, sesame oil and chili pepper sauce.

It was really tasty! Wish I had added mushrooms and leeks to kick it up a notch.

Pasta with asparagus, red onion, zucchini, squash, garlic, portobello, prosciutto, parmesan, olive oil, truffle oil, and some good old salt and pepper!
