Baked ribs coated in a nice spicy hosin sauce glaze. White Indian basmati rice on the side and a iceberg and argugla salad w/ Italian vinaigrette. Black indian tea to drink and maybe a small whisky after dinner.

Now, now! If you could only get the very poorest from the poorest parts of the world to contribute a dozen posts in a row here, you might lose your appetite for a few days, save yourself some work and money.

"I love the name of that dish, Ratacocoleche, sounds yummy! Would I have to go to an ethnic food store to get all the ingredients?"

"Not necessarily, all you need is some coconut milk, onions, hot peppers and a plump rat. Serve with some tortillas or pita bread."
