I had a request from someone for the Spinach with Pine Nuts & Raisins recipe, but I don't know who asked for it...if you want to send me a direct msg, I will send it to you. Not sure if I'm supposed to post it here or not. If that's ok, I'll be glad to do it. It turned out good, even though I had to cut it down for one person.

Finally get my hamburgers off the BBQ tonight. Ahhhh...
WEll, DH finally talked me into it. Fried cubed steak smothered in pan gravy, homemade mashed potatoes, pinto beans, green beans, corn bread, pecan pie.
Tonight, I cubed up some of the pork loin roast I had last night and mixed it in with a bag of microwave steam oriental veggies that were pre-seasoned.
