Sometimes that's the best food.

We're having sloppy joes made with ground turkey, baked beans with a squirt of ketchup and a squeeze of syurp and some leftover peas and carewits, good for the eyes.

Anyone have an idea on how to use up a bunch of those smaller size corn tortillas? I bought some for a recipe, but there are a lot left. I see lots of recipes for flour tortillas, but not corn - probably would be interchangeable. I would love to fry some in a little oil and use, or just use in a casserole.

Can they be cut into chip size pieces and fried?
