Either leftover Chinese food from last night -- OR -- chicken alfredo with penne from Costco.
Tomorrow night will be the one that didn't get chosen for tonight.

And the chicken alfredo will last two or three meals for the both of us, so that's almost no cooking required for the whole week. I'm a happy, happy girl with a ton of work to do. And so you're probably asking yourself why I'm on the forum when I have so much work. Yeah. I'm asking myself the same.
