The chop house was a blast. 24OZ Porterhouse with all the trimmings. Brought a doggy box home with enough for two more lunches. For once it was cooked to perfection.

Angel Hair pasta topped with sauteed onions, garlic, prosciutto, eggplant, zucchini, squash, portabellos, shiitakes, button mushrooms, asparagus, olive oil, truffle oil, truffle and porcini cream, and topped with a little gruyere (didn't realize I had run out of parmesan!).

We are grilling out this evening I think but not sure what we are grilling. The rest will be a good salad, fresh tomatoes, applesauce, cottage cheese and probably fresh peaches as well. Snack later will be either popcorn made in the Whirly Pop or sugar free pudding.

After just finishing off last nights Porterhouse I will probably only eat a bowl of fruit.
