I think I'll make it home from work early ... so, although we have leftover roasted chicken, leftover spaghetti, and leftover cheeseburger pie, I think I'll cook - aaw, who am I kidding? Leftover cheeseburger pie is too tempting to resist!

I'm thinking I want to make some pork chops with rice. YUM!

Finally going to the grocery store. Awesome sales on fruit and boneless/skinless chicken breast. I'm in heaven!

Rice and pan gravy with English peas went well with our cubed steaks. I had ketchup as a side.
