Tonight I will work a little late. Hoping DH will grill salmon for the kids, and I'll just have that last slice of cheeseburger pie that's left (it better still be there)!!

If I knew that there was anything called "cheeseburger pie," I'd have nabbed it from your fridge! 
It sounds delicious. I don't want the recipe though -- my husband doesn't eat red meat and I don't want to be tempted to eat a whole thing like that by myself. And I would!

freakin buffet since i have all this cr*p to cook before it goes bad. beef roast, roasted chicken and taco meat for crispy tacos. Rice, peas, corn.
