Defrosted the freezer of the beer fridge that's in the garage this morning and found some meatballs I'd made last month. Also defrosted some spaghetti sauce from the big batch I made a few weeks ago. So it'll be Spaghetti with Meatballs tonight. I'll make up some garlic bread as well, and serve it all with a salad - maybe a Caesar, or just a tossed green salad.

I can't decide. I shouldn't have gone to the store this morning.
I bought barbecued pork, meatballs, and smoked sausage.
And I have four hot dog buns already. One of those meats is going in those buns. But which one is still up in the air.

Raviolli and garlic bread sticks. Hubby is off work until the 23rd starting tomorrow so this is my last night of easy cooking on a week night for a while.
