BBQ'd chicken thighs, rice pilaf, fresh green beans and garlic parmesan french bread!

I'll fire up the grill right about the time the Stanley Cup finals and the Lakers-Suns games start.

Well anyway-no cooking

Hello foodie friends! There is a hot time in my part of IN today!

Made burgers with all the fixings (minus Indiana vine ripened tomatoes) and salad that's what the kids wanted who was I to argue? We are getting the Valdelia onions up here now so looks like a lot of sandwiches in the near future.

had potato pancakes, a walnut Danish, some scrambled eggs, and sausage links. By the time I ate all that, I was full and could eat no more.

I was supposed to make them this morning, but I stayed up until noon listening for my room mate to stir. I asked her to have some potato pancakes with me, because I wasn't sure how I would like them, and didn't want them to go to waste. Well, I ended up falling asleep around noon and didn't wake back up until 4:30 p.m.--and her boyfriend was here with her.

So I made both of them breakfast for dinner. They were going to have cereal until I insisted.
