Rain, rain and more rain. BBQ is out so DH is making up some kind of his own special dinner with Italian sausage and lots of other goodies. Looks interesting--will let everyone know more tomorrow!

Cheated...frig is cleaned out...We went to Subway and I got a chicken breast footlong with swiss, lettuce, green pepper, onion, tomato, mayo, and added bacon on rosemary bread...tomorrow night will be a surprised cooked by kids in MN if I'm not too excited to eat

lets see~ got deviled eggs~ potato salad~ BBQ beans~fresh cole slaw~ chicken kabob~~~~ OOOPS!!!
went to light gas grill to do the kabobs and found it wouldn't light due to lack of gas~ so some ham steak from tomorrows breakfast instead 
Gotta get my tank filled so will probably have kabobs for tomorrow!

Texas Vittles
Tonight was some smoked sausage (made in Lubbock) which I dipped in some of that Cattleman's barbecue sauce with nearly every bite. With it, I included some pinto beans and a cold bottle of IBC root beer.

Sesame Honey Teriyaki chicken, cole slaw with choice of watermelon or fresh pineapple.
Getting ready to make this then realized I was out of honey. My DD says hold on a minute as she goes flying up the stairs. Comes down with a new bottle of honey in her hand so I asked her where that came from. "My suitcase~ dad gave it to me last time I was there because he didn't like it".
