Main course:
- Tenderloin and filet mignon on the grill
- Chicken sausages (with red peppers and spinach "built in") on the grill
- Salmon filets on the grill
- Shrimp (boiled unless there's room on the grill)
- Scallops (broiled with a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper)
- Roasted potatoes (herb recipe on the Recipes board)
- Asparagus lightly brushed with olive oil, and lightly broiled

We're just four people -- that sounds like WAY too much food. Let me read that list again. Nah, there's no such thing as too much food. We're good.

Dessert:
- LEMONADE PIE!!!!!!! (if it's still in the freezer after this long, hot day )
- Fresh pineapple
Omg- I'm on my way over-it all sounds delectable! You have been a very busy girl today

Ended up making stir fry tonight. Quick and easy with little clean-up and I am beat. Today was floor cleaning day and still weeding my rose garden! It's gonna be early to bed tonight.

Cheeseburger sub with lettuce, tomato, mayo and hot chopped peppers. I have recently become quite fond of cheeseburgers with the hot peppers that are usually associated with Italian cold cut subs Sun of Italy Brand Peppers

I warmed up a left over hot dog. Husband had a bologna sandwich, and my son had beefaroni. It was a "free for all" night.
