My Cowboys.... but nothing TOO radical.
Keep the helmets the same and only have the pants that match the helmet. Make the Blue dark for the white unis, and have two medium sized stripes on the shoulders with the star in between them. Also, copy the pinstripe outline style for the numbers from the blue jersey. Do all of that for the dark jerseys and the transformation is complete.
There's a couple more I wanna do, but I have no time at the moment....
