I had a '73 Thunderbird in highschool and while I never took a nap, there were many a road trip where I put the cruise on and sat sideways and stretched out on the bench seat. Still had to steer of course but it was damn comfy.
While watching a football game, there was a commercial for a Ford Focus. It showed a Focus being driven off a cliff and the car soaring in the air like a bird.
In the fine print at the bottom of the commercial it stated 'Cars can not fly. Do not attempt'.
Have people become so stupid that they would attempt to drive off a cliff to see if their car could fly without seeing a disclaimer that cars can't fly?
Everything you see like that is because of tort/frivolous lawsuits having gotten so far out of control that no one can assume anyone has one ounce of common sense.
Saw a Cascade commercial that showed "little workers in your dishwasher washing the dishes". Of course at the bottom of the screen it said "DRAMATIZATION".
My how has this country changed. If you see the ads from yesteryear, heck even compare Disney World to the way it used to be. They used to cater to the smarter crowd. Forcing one to think. Now everyone caters to the dumb idiots.

When they know they can sue or their family can sue, yes.
