Does anybody have a timeline as when Chase gives a verbal approval, to getting a written approval? I have googled it but BofA comes up a lot, not Chase. Thanks

Ok. Well it's been 1 week and we got a written approval. Now Chase says that the seller is still responsible for the deficiency. What are the chances Chase will not hold the seller responsible for the difference in this Short Sale? Thanks

Anyone have a crystal ball? Will the sellers financial hardship change in the near future? Will they file bk? Will Chase pursue their legal options? Can the seller's apply for a HAFA short sale?
