Waiting for Freddie Mac to sign addendum. (contingencies, appraisal, agent)

I submitted an offer on May 8th and got the verbal acceptance on the following Tuesday, May 15th. I received the bank addendums on Monday the 21st and signed them (making no changes) and turned them in with a cashier's check for the earnest money deposit. I am moving along and have had inspections and even the appraisal done but do not have addendums back from seller. Any idea how long Freddie Mac takes to sign addendum. Closing is estimated at July 2nd but I am hoping for an earlier close.

Last one I worked it took a week. And sadly, the "effective date" of the contract (when the timer starts ticking on contingencies) was the day the addendum was delivered to me. Have your agent double check with the listing agent and/or the escrow company, they might already have the signed addendum.

Update. June 4th my agent received fully executed contract. Hoping to close within 3 weeks.
