I often see "third party bidders" winning an auction and when I take a look, the plaintiff is a condo/hoa. I'm wondering why someone would bid on these. Are they thinking it's a bank foreclosure and picking up a condo for pennies on the dollar only to find out later they just helped somebody out on catching up on their fees?
