Anyways, good luck! If it helps, I think most of us going through short sales are frustrated too. Hopefully they'll figure out yours soon.

Only1beebs; As far as I know, the 2nd is for $43K. BofA is offering them $3K, which is over 5%.

Maybe Spanky is right & I'm screwed.

5% of the selling price

so at 164.8k 5% is 8240. If the 1st is offering 3k they are most likely still going to want $5240

If you want it that bad you are going to have to throw in the 5240 extra.

The 5% is a recurring theme with greentree. Google it.
