When you home is foreclosed how long after the sale date to you have to vacte your residence?

what sale date do you mean? Selling and foreclosing are two different things...

It all depends on the foreclosure laws in your state. At what point of the process are you in? Have you received a first notice of default, or an auction date notice? Depending on the stage, there are other options...

Well how far are you from affording the mortgage payment, there might just be a way for you to avoid foreclosure. That is if you want too. Just let us have a few more details and maybe we can help you keep your house if you would like.
