REO listings (auction, banks, prices, sell)

Is MLS still the best source to get the most recent and accurate list of REOs? Any other credible aggregator listing services?

Most banks are going to sell via MLS for maximum market exposure to get the highest prices.

You should also keep an eye on the auction sites. I see stuff there sometimes that never goes to MLS...Auction.com, hubzu etc
