Hi: I am very interested in a short sale, I would like to know if there is a site I can go to so I can find out all the seller owes on this short sale. All I have right now is the address and tax ID. Thanks

Not sure if there's a specific site as I think only the specific bank handling the financing will know that.

Curious if there is a site as well though...

Depends where you live. In Florida we can go to the public records and read the mortgage papers.

Does it matter what the seller owes? It is a short-sale so he/she owes more than the listing price. Your concern should be if there are any liens. Make sure that it is written on the contract that they will pay any existing liens. A title search will show those. Check the county's website for public records or tax bills.
