If you want free ones try your county foreclosures. Ours are held usually the first Monday in the month. About 2 weeks before the auction the listings with addresses and judgement amount will appear on the county website. Years ago they used to have 80-100. Now down to under 10 per month. Be ready to bid with cash because the banks usually ask for 20 day closing.

You can get information on the county sites but a lot of counties are subcontracting the auctions to sites like bid4assets which want registration and deposit money 3 days in advance. Contractors also raise the price because they hold out for darn near full price and will carry some properties several months before they lower the price or sell them.
In NJ, each county Sherriff auctions the foreclosures in their county, and is required to advertise them for 4 consecutive weeks before the auction. You can go to each Sheriff's website and look them up whenever you want.
