I need an agent who specializes in shortsales (condo, state, sell) - Foreclosures, Short Sales, and REOs - - City-Data Forum

Can anyone recommend one. I need someone who has experience doing this and knows what they are doing not someone one who is doing it now because it is the thing to do. I need guidance and knowledge. If anyone knows of such as person please let me know. I'm looking to sell my house this way.

What neighborhood are you in? I know several experienced short sale agents. Some work ITP, some work OTP. You don't want a Loganville agent helping you short sell a Midtown condo (and vice versa).

Yes, I know where Camp Creek is. I don't know a short sale specialist for that particular area, but Dionne Stokes-Hicks is an agent who actually teaches other agents how to do short sales. I think she mostly works in the Conyers area, so I don't know if she'd be interested in a listing around Camp Creek but if she's not, she probably will know another agent who would be.
