hi, what does it mean when I put an offer on a foreclosure home and the bank replied to my realtor that they put a hold on our offer?
What does your Realtor say? Your agent should ask the listing agent for clarification. If your agent is the listing agent, then they can ask the bank asset manager.
Well, I made an offer on a foreclosure, lost the deal since someone paid full listing price for it. But when they say they putting a "hold" on your offer, I assume they're just waiting for more offers, did you put a time limit of your offer? Although I did, they still waited for more offers. I would talk to your agent and see what he can do.
This is only my advice, and I'm not a real estate agent... so I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure I'm right.
