homes with no mls # - foreclosures? (foreclosed, sale, properties, broker)

We are planning to move to orlando. I have the site for homes with mls numbers for FL. What I want now is to find a site that has homes that are for sale not through a realtor. I may even want a foreclosure site. I need to expand what I find with the mls.
I am not sure how to go about even looking or buying a home that is up for auction. But being states away, I must use the internet to narrow down homes.

Is there a site that has homes that I can look at?

When a foreclosed property is put up for sale, the asset manager hires a real estate broker to do so. There is no secret list of properties. Be aware that not all foreclosed property is for sale.


Sounds like you may want to look at some FSBO sites. If so, just google FSBO /Tampa or where ever it is you want to land.
Good luck with that, especially given you are out of state.
