We plan to move to N. Colorado (really like Golden but it's too expensive). We'd like to live near other retirees since they have time during the day for social activities/ hiking/ golf etc. Any suggestions in the Loveland/Ft Collins area?

We would also consider points further south but we want to pay under $300K. Not looking for a large home - no more than 3 br and preferably a ranch (you know....for those older years!)

Thanks for sharing what you know.

Probably depends on whether you'd rather be in the town that has the university (Fort Collins) or not (Loveland). Other than that, the two towns are pretty similar. Sorry I can't help you more than that.
