Hey all..new to the site. My fiancee and I will be out in Ft. Collins (from Indiana) for the last 1/3 of our vacation in September. We will be staying at a bed and breakfast for 2 nights and our primary goal is to really nail down a nice apartment/condo for rent for our first year out in CO. (yippie!!)

Anyway, any suggestions of rental areas / complexes that we should take a look at? Just us 2, no kids.

Thanks for the local advice....

KK

Welcome to our area.

I'm not sure what sort of criteria you will use to determine "nice", but there are many options. As you get closer to the CSU campus, you will find complexes that are populated more by students. This may sit you, or you may wish to be as far away as possible.

The town has grown primarily toward the south throughout its history. There are exceptions, but typically the newer complexes are in the south part of town. This is where the big box stores and newer dining establishments are also located.

If you like to walk or ride your bike to Old Town for dining or night life, you may want to look a little farther north than the Harmony corridor.

Good luck and enjoy your stay!
Mike
