We are looking to re-locate, I just can't afford my own home state anymore in FL where everything STARTS at about 1500.00.
I was looking at different rental sites and found that Greeley and Loveland were more affordable than say Downtown Lodo Denver. Any info about these cities is appreciative, keep in mind I am not bilingual and I am a single mom with 2 young children. We had lived in another area of CO that was a nightmare and I am worried it might be the same. Any inputs on those two cities? What city would you choose over the other? Or would you stick with Ft. Collins and why? |

Greeley has a higher crime rate than loveland. Both cities are comparable in cost of living. They are both close to Fort Collins also.
