Hi everyone. We have decided that we're heading back to FL and are planning on getting our home on the market. We bought here in June and could barely see the home behind us, but after the leaves dropped, now we have a "not so good" view out the back of our home. We think this is going to really discourage buyers. A person at my work said that it might take until May before the leaves are back on because of the high elevation. That seems late, but she said that they return from AZ in late april and the trees are still pretty bare. What do you know?

Late April to early May is a reasonable expectation, though it varies depending upon the year due to varied weather. A warm and sunny spring could accelerate things a bit.

I would say middle May on average. Depends on the type of trees. We put a row of Junipers in several years back to help with some privacy and so that there was some sense of color also.

Early May. It usually seems to happen almost overnight.

Did the junipers need daily watering?

The junipers only need watering a few times a week in the first year. From then on, the just grow. You need to plant them about 5 ft apart and they will grow to about 10 ft. They don't provive a solid screen, leke a hedge would, but are pretty nice like spruce trees. Not cheap, so watch for specials.
