Got a ??? We also are moving back to Colorado. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo happy about that and will be living in lovely, Loveland. Need a place to live to two adults, 1 cat .Hubby has a new job and I have my own home business doing medical billing/transcription. I am bringing clients with me so I have income set up as well.

Problem is we need a small house,(preferably no stairs or few stairs, townhouse, or condo with, no parties and someone who will give a couple of people a break. What I mean by this is my hubby has been off work 2 years and I have had 5 back surgeries in 1 year. Needless to say we are credit challenged. HAve great rental history no problems there, but lots of medical bills. I just don't want to be defined by a piece of paper. I can have people vouge that we are good people and just have had a couple of rough years.

We now both have a good income and can pay our bills much easier, but need someone to help us out.

Is there anyone out there who has a place to rent that is willing to give two Christian people a helping hand?

Thanks for your consideration.

JTanner

Look at my post under classified ads. My friend has a home in Fort Collins that might work for you. How much are you willing to pay? There are actually a lot of places that will not do a credit check on you, but you will probably need a deposit for sure.

Hi I saw your message online and maybe you can help us. My husband and I are moving to Ft. collins around the 1st of march. We have excellent rental history but have a low credit score due to trying to help people and getting stung. We are working on trying to improve our score but it will take some time. We are looking for a house or townhome to rent, hopefully 3 bedrooms that wont have to look at our credit score. We can pay an extra deposit if needed. Do you know of any places in ft collins? Appreciate your help. Thank you. B. Rivard

Hi tom, I saw your answer to an ad requesting a rental with no credit check. My husband and I are moving to Ft. collins, co around the 1st of March. We are looking for a 3 bedroom house or townhome. We would like to stay under $900. but dont want to live in a bad area of town either. We have excellent rental history but our credit is bad because we helped our family and got stuck by signing for items that got repossessed. We are working on improving our credit score but it will take some time. Do you think you can help us find some places in ft collins? Thank you for your help. B. Rivard

Click on Tom's name & there is a drop-down menu whereby one can visit his homepage. Good luck in your move. I lived in Ft Collins years ago & loved the hardwood trees & the town.
