Default Neighborhoods in Fort Collins

What are the more popular older neighborhoods in Fort Collins? My husband and I are in real estate investing and want to keep an eye out for deals. Looking for a home in a nice, popular, neighborhood that needs a little TLC.

If you want good investment property I would stick around the old town area. Streets in that area are mountain, Laporte, and Oak.
