We currently live/work in SE Fort Collins, but have been relocated to the DTC. I am wondering if anyone has opinions on the schools in that area? We have been somewhat happy here with the elementary school, and the middle and high seem solid. I just dont know enough about the Denver area to compare education and family friendly resources to make the decision to move or commute as needed. The decision is left up to us so any insight would be helpful....thank you!

The school district close to DTC is Cherry Creek and the schools are excellent. There have been lots of threads here about the various school districts.

What is your housing price range?

Thanks for the reply. I have been searching the forums, and seems that schools are pretty comparable. Not sure about the community feel yet. We do enjoy the foothills and mountain biking that FoCo offers. We are looking in Douglas County/Parker area as well. Housing price range...would like to keep it south of 650.
