I am in Colorado Springs and might be moving up that way and was just thinking how much I will miss my dentist!! He is awesome! He is sooo into customer service that when I delivered my babies, he sent me a baby blanket. I didn't know he knew I was pregnant! He keeps personal notes along with our dental notes so he comes in prepared to chat. Additionally, the two dentists are brothers and one is in the national guard. I remember the letter/pic he sent from Iraq to patients that was very humblesome. It was an "I appreciate life" type of thing. The two brothers work very hard to keep good employees by being pratical jokesters and treating their employees with special lunches, spa treatments. My favorite story is when they secretly hired a limo and had them get a spa treatment. You would never guess the jokester aspect of the office because they do a great job hiding it with professionalism (I found out after going for 5 yrs and I became close to one of the employees and she clued me in). Also, when I went in to get some major work done, they gave me a spa gift card to Veda. I was shocked! I refer people all the time!! They are working on creating a database system that tracks referrals...very cool!

Good luck with your practice!!!

kiki1964 is on a distinguished road
Awhile back Reader's Digest had an article about a girl from Westminster, CO who has a medical condition that is causing facial disfigurement. She was being picked on horribly at the schools in Westminster so her parents researched schools and found that Windsor has a "no tolerance" policy on bullying. They moved there and have been happy ever since. After reading about the schools in Windsor in that article, I would definitely choose to live there if I had school-aged children.
