Average Utility Bills Fort Collins (home, square footage, electricity)

I just bought my first home and received my first utility bill from Fort Collins.

It's $72 for electricity, stormwater, wastewater, water and a service charge.

My home is about 1100 sq/ft, is this a reasonable bill?

Is the service charge printed on the statement a one off fee or will that occur every bill cycle.

Sounds like a bargain! I wonder if that was for a full month. Service charges are likely for new service :-)

This is what we pay for this time of year:
Electricity $85
Water,etc: $65
Gas: $95

We are by no means energy hogs. I diligently try to conserve energy, but that's what we end up with. I'm not sure what our square footage is. It's the typical "more recent" home with three levels (basement, ground floor, second floor), which is excessive in my opinion. I'd prefer a simple one-story floorplan.
