I am currently living in a beautiful neighborhood in Greeley, CO and have lived here for 37 years. I will be moving to Ft. Collins June or July of 2008 to be closer to my daughter who will attend CSU. I am looking for a SF home (preferably newer than 5 years old), around $250,000 - $350,000, walking trails or park, and possibly on the east side of College. I am a single 58-year-old female so some lawn and snow removal included would be ideal but not a deal breaker. I have my 2 dogs so I need a fenced in yard. I am unfamiliar with the neighborhoods in Ft. Collins and don't know where to start. Thanks for your help!

Personally, I would start by getting in touch with a realtor.
