Hi,

Does anyone know the latest information regarding the Old Town North development? We are looking to relocate to Fort Collins and visited this past weekend. We like the location of the Old Town North area and we think we understand the compromises you need to make to live in an 'urban' development like that.

However, I can't find much more information about it - there is one house on the MLS that isn't yet built. There is a website claiming to be for Old Town North but it looks suspiciously like a realtor looking for contact information (I could be wrong).

Is there a single developer working there now or are the plats being sold to other builders?

Thanks
Matt

There are 5 or six builders who own most of the lots in the subdivision, with Rocky Mountain High, LLC owning a majority of the lots. They are associated with Northern Colorado Real Estate Brokers, who has the OldTownNorthFortCollins dot com website.
There are not many spec homes going up in the neighborhood. One could get in touch with builder who has some lots in the neighborhood and see if the builder has a plan ready for the lot, or get together to custom design something.

Good luck!
