Are there 2 month rentals available in Ft. Collins? This would specifially be for July and August 2016.

Since it is a college town, I'd be willing to bet that you could find a 2-month rental during the summer when college is not in session.

Suggest you post a housing wanted ad in craigslist, but beware there are lots of scammers on that site.

The time frame presents a bit of a challenge as a significant number of the lease terms in Fort Collins run August 1 to July 31 to coincide with the beginning of the CSU academic year starting in mid-August. Often students who are headed home or out of town for the summer are in a year lease, but wish to sublet from when school lets out in May until their lease ends at the end of July. If you were looking at a short term lease for June and July, that would be easier to find than a July / August scenario.

Try Argyle apartments at Willow Springs or Terra Vida. You will only know if you've got one about 30 days before as they ask for 30 days notice to vacate. They come available pretty often.

I believe Lake Vista Apartments in Loveland has monthly rentals, but they aren't cheap.
