Is anyone familiar with the Lakes at Centerra? We visited 2 years ago, but the construction was just beginning. We are looking for a walkable community with amenities. We loved Fort Collins but it appears to be difficult to find a newer house in this price range. A view of the mountains would be wonderful!
Thank you!

We live in Loveland, but I have only been the the Centerra area once-try to avoid that area if at all possible. Sprawl, traffic, chain stores galore. So, I can't say what it is like, but I'd suggest old town, if you're looking at Loveland.

We're looking at Lakes at Centerra next weekend. Have never seen it as we're in CA currently but will be moving back to CO soon. Have you found found out much about Lakes at Centerra, kbmile?

We visited when it was still very much in the construction phase and were unable to visualize the final plan. It seems amazing and the amenities are exactly what we're looking for. I would really appreciate any feedback after your visit. I hope you have a great visit!

up to 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,345 to 3,182 square feet. Most residences have a 3-car garage, Starting in the low 400 thousands , Incredible views of the front range, 20% down at about 3.3 % , 30 yrs , about $ 1900 a month on a 420, 000 dollar house . based on my income and excellent credit rating I qualify for about 5/8 to 3/4 of a house at the Lakes but if I sell my house and condo and use my savings as a down payment I should be able to get a house at the Lakes, just no furniture , no car payments , beans and rice every meal , oh yeah !
