You are welcome. If she lives in Littleton that I would look east of the metro area, places like Bennett, Kiowa, Elizabeth, Strasburg, and the like. While it gets cheaper the further you go out you will save some money and still be within an hour or so from your daughter. Another place to look may be up by Bailey, Conifer, and that area, although they are mountain towns so you pay a bit of a higher cost but it is cheaper than the metro area and still within 30-45 minutes from Littleton. The only thing I would warn about mountain towns is if you are not in the best of health than it can be a problem getting down to the metro area when it snows up there.

On occasion. Mostly when the wind is from the east and is much more noticeable on the east side of town. Most times, no.

Also, much less potent!
