just beachy is on a distinguished road
Default Condo w/ backyard in Ft Collins
Hi FOCO Peeps,
My husband and I are looking for our first place. Hoping to find a good sized condo (1800 sq ft or so) w/ a rec center/pool and backyard w/ max price range $200K.
I've found some good stuff online, but for some reason it's been really tricky to reach any new construction people (or otherwise) via phone or email....and I'm not able to tell which places would have somewhat of a backyard.
Any suggestions, ideas, tips....?

Yes go to craigslist.com look under colorado and then look under housing
