I am wondering if anyone heard about the Solar Village Flats on Maple - currently in the planning stages for summer 2009. The location is at Maple and Meldrum, just few blocks from old downtown. What is advertised is the use of solar and wind power (very energy efficient - low monthly bills), eco-friendly interiors, ie cabinets, flooring, paint, etc. Sounds nice. Does anyone know this location? Is it a nice place and within a walking neighborhood? Does anyone know about this Keller Williams builder group?

I am hoping to move to Ft Collins next summer, and just considering my options. I would love to live in an envirmentaly friendly condo if there is a choice.

Thanks

a.

I just started hearing about this project. It would be within walking distance of downtown. You might also look into North Flats and Rigden Farms. Both are built green.
