Reputable House Rental Companies or Real Estate Agents (rentals, townhouses)

We're planning a trip out to FoCo and want to meet with some real estate agents or companies that specialize in renting out single family homes or townhouses.

I've done some research and found that there are a few in town that are not very reputable, but I haven't found much in the way of ones that are highly lauded. Does anyone know of any reputable, helpful, legit persons or companies that will assist us with finding a great house to rent?

I don't personally work with rentals and I am not aware of any other real estate agents that do either. Probably the mose popular property management company is poudre properties. I have not dealt with them myself though so I can not tell you how they would be to work with.
