Smile Looking for land that is zoned for rv or mobile home in the Loveland/Ft. Collins area

I have done a search on this subject and found only one person with the same question, however, he is in NC.
I am looking for land to own or rent that is zoned for RV/Mobil home in the Loveland/Ft. Collins area. I really no longer want to live in a house, and really like my Motor home. I do live in it now, but would like to have it on my own land or rented land. I live in a park up the canyon (Hwy 34) at the present time.

My friend and I have been trying for several months to find the same. We have been looking all over Co, but can only find land in the middle of nowhere. We will keep looking and see if we can find anything. She has a 5th wheel. My husband and I have mini motorhome. To find water and electricity is very hard. In CA my relative had a lot and an extra hookup for camper (sewer) He lived in a mobile. Maybe can find individual who would rent backyard. Kathy Ritchie @Ritchie.kathy@gmail.com

I don't think zoning is an issue, availability might be. There are areas such as Red Feather lakes,Crystal Lakes, Glacier view meadows that have lots of RV's. Not so much near the cities.
Check with the county Planning and zoning commission. They can give you information about any zoning issues
