Wellington please:]
I live in Northeastern Co and will be making a move to Wellington in the next few weeks. Issues with this is that I have no finding a house that is four bedrooms or more for around $1200. My husband will be working in Cheyenne and I do not have a job yet. We will have three kids in school (two at the middle school and one at poudre high) I am linked to the local DHS for foster care here now and would like to contiune fostercare in the Wellington area but would need 5 bedrooms to do that. I have looked on northerncoloradorentals, and craigslist.... I have to get a house locked down by the 5th or the move is off. I want this and my kids have come around but my husband is still a hold out till I can find a place:}
So someone in the area with a link, anyone that I can talk to that would be able to give me some insight to the houseing market....we need to rent/lease as we have no savings and no chance to buy a house:[
