Hello! I'm having a tough time finding much info on the new development in Berthoud, Heron lakes. The developers website does have some good general info however it lacks on development timeline and planning. It very well may be just too early at this point for them to provide this info but hoping somewhere here may know anything.

Specifically the lots they have available for sale and list of approved builders are well above my price range. Right now the availability is limited to premium golf course and waterfront (or both) lots and are limited to custom builders that I think will put entry price point up around $1 million+. The master plan however has many additional phases to come with what appears to be a more normal "cookie cutter" type neighborhood. There is no info at all about future development and wondering in anyone knows anything. Again, maybe it's too early on for that info. I haven't seen the development at all but from what I understand the golf course is about ready to go so I can't imagine it will take all too long to start the rest of the building.

Thanks!!!

Whoa That does sound like the new California Front Range being set up in here. I see a growing number of wealthy California retirees driving around the area in their convertible BMW's and Lexus's. Real estate is their focus. New home prices are soaring. Those on more modest incomes can move on down the road, or out of state. Such is life.

Anyway, I hope you can find the information you are seeking.
