I remember reading that EPA rated northern Colorado municipal water supplies as the very best in the country for quality (Boulder County, Colorado Springs, and Denver Water weren't too far behind). In fact, the water out of the tap in Loveland probably beats most bottled water. That's one reason why there's such a huge number of microbreweries in northern Colrorado. The breweries can ship in everything else, but they do have to use the local water, which apparently can make a big difference in taste.

Thanks alot tfox, that does make sense. I currently live in Baton Rouge, La. and the water here is very good...so you can understand my concern. I'm looking forward to the move out there!
